O tamanho do quarto era bom, a única coisa que posso dizer

Não existe comprometimento com o cliente, cheguei para fazer o check in a noite e eles me disseram que não teriam mais vaga. depois de muito tempo conseguiram arrumar um quarto para minha família. Café da manhã muito fraco!

Was visiting colleges with my son and stayed at this property for one night. We arrived late (past midnight) and wanted to sleep in. There is construction work going on at the hotel and it started at 7-730directly above my room. Extremely loud hammering and saw work. Rooms were really filthy (which makes sense that they are renovating). At around 6am the room was filled with cigarette smoke through the air vent. I almost choked and could not sleep any further. Breakfast was really bad. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The location is exceptional! Out of the city enough to not pay an arm and a leg, but close enough to Uber in to the city and not have to stress about parking! Overall the true star of the show is most definitely Ramona at breakfast! Ramona is one of the most tentative, kind hearted and genuine people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She truly makes the entire experience! What better way to start your day with her exceptional hospitality and shining personality. Ramona is most definitely the biggest driving factor as to why we will continue to stay at the Hyatt when we are in town.

We have now stayed at this location twice and the only inconvenience (I cant even justify calling it a complaint) was the construction taking place during the day was a bit noisy. But that show must go on and we didnt mind all that much.

Clean and friendly environment no complaints of the service.
