The room was good lots of room to move about The beds were good, Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful

The shower was weaker then we liked.

My stay was very nice except the floor was very dirty . I usually bring slippers on my trips but I forgot them My feet were very dirty because of the dirty floors

When I have to visit family, I always stay at Hyatt Place Greenwood Village/Denver. All the employees are helpful and friendly, it has always been super clean and the breakfast is enjoyable. I don't even think about saying anywhere else.

Inexperienced staff, spartan poorly laid out rooms, missing outlets in accessible room sink, slippery floors for elderly parents. Breakfast only til 9am. Overall poor experience and would never recommend or frequent this hotel again.

The property was good.

The property charged us more than booking.com bill. Even just a couple of bucks but they charged you more than you have to pay. The pool was closed too, my kids can't swim.

Imagine having to dry your hair, brush your teeth and shave in the bedroom because the bathroom had no electrical outlet! Also staring at a large blank wall because the couch was in another part of the room. And you couldn't get a full view of the mounted TV because it's halfway between that couch and the bed. Would you want to stay here?? What was its designer thinking? It's true that we were offered to change to another room, but by then we had unpacked several suitcases and didn't notice these flaws until later.
