"Not up to hyatt standards"

This place is on it's last leg. Ice only on 5th floor. Carpet in hallways are in very bad shape. They are out of everything but a couple of beers in the bar. Asked for wine glasses and we were given 2 dirty and dusty glasses. Room was decent. I'm guessing this location must be up for sale. This is the worst hyatt I have ever been to.

Convenience of location

Noisy next to several freeways. There was no staff at the check-in desk when I arrived.. then a girl in a sweatshirt arrived and checked me in. I was not impressed with the check-in set up: behind the counter you could see cleaning supplies, a sink with dirty dishes.. not something what you want to see when you check into a Hyatt
