Hyatt Place Dallas/Plano

Great hotel owned up to my expectations. Large room, sink and microwave and refrig Clean. Breakfast choices good yet gets busy. Pet friendly too!!

Good location

Looked dated…tv was hard to maneuver

We stay here 3x year.... close to famiiy and place is great... staff sre very helpful and friendly especlaĺly Jackie and Aubrey....... they were very sweet and talked to us like family. Breakfast was always lantastic snd hot .....

I paid for in advance cinfirmation received.. handicap room with low bed roll n shower.. But they didnt have room available.... thank god for Aubrey.he found room 512 with low bed. But tub

Dog friendly, good location great “free” breakfast, two sinks in the room.

Sink in the room didn’t drain, tiny bathroom, no room to move about.

The breakfast was cold and little variety

Eins der besten Frühstücke, die ich auf dieser Reise hatte (Danke Aturo!) Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Betten waren bequem und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Couch, so dass man dort mal entspannen.

Leider hatten wir das Zimmer, das am nächsten zur Schnellstraße war. Obwohl es im 6. Stock war, hört man den Verkehrslärm ab 6:00 deutlich. Schade, wenn man ein Genius Zimmerupgrade hat und dann in Bezug das lauteste Zimmer in der Kategorie bekommt.

Breakfast was good and day staff did great.

The night staff at check in was not good at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that the none of the lights in the parking lot worked. At night the parking lot was extremely dark. It wasn’t enough to use my cell phone flash light. I and several other guests let the front desk know but for the entire weekend I was there the lights never turned on at night.
