"The room on the sixth floor was mediocre."

Breakfast

The elevator was broken and did not go up to the sixth floor. The room was considered an upgrade but was really a downgrade. The double bed was small.

"Roaches in our room."

We stayed one night in room 120. There are roaches in this room. We had three roaches crawling across the floor. This room is right by the kitchen area. When I told the front desk they did not do anything. We will never stay here again.

"WORST Hotel in the Hyatt Franchise"

Absolutely the worst stay I have ever had at a Hyatt hotel. I am a Lifetime Globalist member with over 1,500 nights over 30 years...and this was by far the worst stay. There was a youth hockey team that spent the entire stay raising havoc (knocking on doors and running, screaming at other guests, cursing and taking over the fitness center and refusing entry to adults). The staff, after receiving multiple complaints only made matters worse, by serving the already drunk parents at the bar while they watched football. I would HIGHLY recommend staying ANYWHERE ELSE. Sleep in your car before staying here, the rest you get will be better than if you stay in this hotel.

"I thought the hotel was an incredibly great value for the money!"

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff friendly, and had a fun vibe. They had an onsite small bar area where you could also order some food. After a super long day, it was nice to be able to stay put and just enjoy a beer and relax

"A great stay for a not so good reason!"

Was in town for a medical procedure. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff and management that we spoke with were very caring and accommodating. Location is perfect with plenty to do, if needed.
