Friendly staff and good location. Decent breakfast selection. Nice big room

Bathroom very small. Bed pillows too soft, no head/neck support. No signage to enforce children supervision in breakfast area.

Went down to eat breakfast and then our card didn’t work to get back in the room. Maid said they turn off the cards. This was 8 a.m. Checkout time was 11 a.m. Why do they lock you out before you can pack and checkout. Dumbest thing I’ve seen.

This place needs to be cleaned, refreshed, and updated badly. We checked out early because floors in the lobby, elevator, and hall areas were filthy. In the room there was mold in the shower but worst of all there was blood on the sheets and yellow stains on the duvet. In all it was a disgusting experience. The house cleaning staff if they can be called that obviously needs to be trained or replaced. I hate given such negative feedback, but this place has some serious cleaning issues. We've stayed at many Hyatt Places over the years that have been great, but this one has ruined for them all. Very disappointing. The one bright spot was the desk staff. They all were friendly and a pleasure to work with. They see what the place looks like but it's not their job to fix it that's on management and the owners who by the looks of it don't care.

Carpets in hallway and room were dirty, stained, and torn in places. Door to bathroom in my room was peeling and coming apart. Overall condition of room was dated and not clean.
