"not worthy of the Hyatt name"

by far the worst Hyatt hotel I’ve ever stayed in this property doesn’t deserve to have the Hyatt logo anywhere near the building. It was on par with a motel six if those even still exist, the staff was friendly enough but the hotel if you’re expecting a somewhat decent business travel hotel I would stay across the street at a Marriott

The rooms were very clean the bathroom exceptionally clean. The staff was very welcoming and kind and informative. They help set up our shuttle to the airport, which was fantastic.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property
