Hyatt Place Secaucus Meadowlands

Our stay was excellent! The room had a city view and was very clean. I appreciate the sink outside of the bathroom so more than one person can get ready in the morning. The front desk staff, Shane, Jeremy, Steve and Savannah were so kind and welcoming! I will definitely be back. This property outshines most of the other Hyatt Place properties I've been to. Keep up the great work!

La habitación está muy bien , bastante cómoda … La verdad me sorprendió su amplitud. De los lugares que he visitado uno de los Más limpios , y soy bastante exigente !!! El desayuno con lo necesario para poder Despertar y salir a disfrutar el día !!! Todo personal que encontré muy dispuesto Y atento !!! En recepción Camilo , en el momento del desayuno Luz y Serafina pendientes de todo !!! Pero la verdad todos muy amables !!! Lo recomiendo y si regreso no dudaré en reservar nuevamente ahí …

Overall an excellent hotel.Camilo at the reception is a gem of a person,Smiling face,Co-operative,Gave us an early check in and free 5 water bottles when we checked in after a long flight from India.water dispenser is available at the hotel no need to buy bottles.Bus no.320 Bus stop is just outside the rear Exit of the hotel.takes just 15 to 20 min to reach New York when the traffic is less.Buses are frequent about 10 min interval during weekdays and 20 min interval on Sunday.Buses runs from 5.30 a.m to 12.30 a.m in the night daily.The main reason for me booking this hotel is the less price,which is way less when compared to hotels in new york and adjacent bus stop.Additional advantage is the daily complimentary breakfast.Menu is same daily with 1 or 2 items changing on alternate days, The items are sufficient for breakfast and Juices, fruits,coffee and tea also available daily.The area outside the rear end of the hotel has greenery with Calming effect and one can relax there after breakfast.Other staff are also nice.Room is spacious for our family of 5 persons.Me,my wife and 3 teenage sons with two queen beds and 1 sofa cum bed .Microwave oven,coffee maker and iron is also in the room.There is alternate day room cleaning as per hotel rules. But when we asked for daily room cleaning they gladly agreed to it without any issues.I would highly recommend this hotel as you can save money and use it for activities and food in newyork.

This Hyatt Place Secaucus location is so convenient to travel into Manhattan via NJ bus #320 just across the street. It takes about 20-25 minutes arriving at Port Authority which is a big hub to transfe different trains throughout NYC depending on your destination. Hopefully, this hotel will offer the cook-to-ordered breakfast soon.

Best customer service we’ve experienced recently. The room was in great condition, and the hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast was good—while not exceptional, it still met expectations. There are also plenty of parking spaces available.

I stayed at Hyatt Place Secaucus/Meadowlands and unfortunately it was a frustrating experience. We stayed on the 9th floor, and on our second night, after a long day exploring the city, we came back to find a leak from the ceiling directly above one of the beds due to rain—definitely not something you want to deal with when you’re already exhausted. They moved us to another room, but that room had a noticeable odor, and the heater was loud and blowing cold air. Since it was our last night, we were too fed up to go through another room change. On top of that, the hotel is quite noisy—you can clearly hear street traffic and trains at night, making it hard to sleep. The elevators were also very slow, which added to the overall inconvenience. What was most disappointing was the lack of any service recovery. Despite all the issues, there was no offer of any compensation to acknowledge the inconvenience. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations for a Hyatt property. Do not recommend.

Emplacement : - arrêt de bus en face qui nous emmène à Port Authority en 20 min. . - de nombreux restaurants à proximité (à 10 min de marche). Très belle vue sur Manhattan de la fenêtre de notre chambre. Personnel agréable.

L'isolation des chambres. Salle de bain trop petite. Le petit déjeuner un peu léger, trop peu de choix.
