I drive all night only to arrive early morning to be told THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN!!! My daughter is in a wheel chair and the only rims available are on 5/6 floors!! Unbelievable that this was not plastered all over the FRONT PAGE!! absolutely unacceptable when i reserved an accessible room.

"Terrible hotel!!!!!"

Smelled, dirty, sink and tub was clogged, no pillows for the pullout, elevator didnt work. I'm not a fussy person but i do expect the minimum in a hotel. I absolute hate that i had my family stay there.

"Don’t recommend "

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. We went down for breakfast 40 min before closing and there was hardly anything out the little we got was horrible, the coffee machine didn’t even work! Our room was also never cleaned! When I asked housekeeping to clean up a little on our 3rd day it wasn’t done.
