Springhill Suites Marriott Quail Springs

The property was decent I’m pretty pick but I’ll pick this one again.

We extended our stay so we stayed in 2 rooms. Executive was spacious for 3 teens to have room. We did find particles of good mainly around sofa bed. 2nd floor had more of an old smell than the 4th floor.We enjoyed our stay.

There was a pizza box in the refrigerator when we arrived. The sink did not drain and we did not even consider sitting on the sofa. It was extremely hard to navigate the cramped bathroom and the shower faucet was installed wrong so it was cold on the hot side and hot on the cold side. The lock on the door didn’t work right so we had to really work to get the deadbolt back in to shut the door when we left. The bed was fine and comfortable, but we definitely won’t be staying here again.

May14-17 I am the one that bring my own cleaning supplies and wipe down the room. I am giving a fair review based on the following. Room size- double was small for 2 beds Bathroom was super small. Our light went out while I was there and they fixed it. The real problem was the shower. It was old and needed to be replaced. The draining was bad and standing in shower water was horrible. Maintenance basically gave me a tutorial on how to work the shower instead of fixing the real problem. Breakfast on the site looked good but it’s basically heated up microwave food. Only 1 elevator worked for the entire hotel. This hotel could use a lot of upgrades. The drive up appeal was not appealing.

The area is convenient. The carpets need to be replaced as do the showers. The breakfast was really good.

The lighting in the room & hallway was terrible & the shower/toilet room was way too small. Less giant sectional & more room in the bathroom.

Not the best but not the worst. Service was great! Food ok, older place, couch mattress was nasty. Had to call for bedding for extra bed. Elevators were out but they did offer a free cancelation.

Very friendly check-in and comfortable room. The elevator was down and we had a 2nd story room. They did let us send our suitcases up without us so we didn't have to carry it up. 1st room had toilet leaking (wet floor) notified maintenance and moved to another room and unpacked again for a 5 night stay, took shower and the water wouldn't drain! Maintenance tried but needed a professional. Had to repack and unpack to a 3rd room! Plumbing was fine. Very comfortable room. Granted we were there over the cold spell the breakfast area was very cold. We would of taken our food to our room but didn't want to carry it up the steps. Food was good but we were cold. We would definitely go back, despite the elevator and plumbing issues.
