Need a bathtub with a shower

Service was not the best, but not bad. It was very dirty everywhere could never find anybody at the front desk for Help. They always had a sign up saying they were with someone else.

I didn’t get to stay at the hotel. Got there to check in and was told they could no longer accept my reservation bc they had no hot water due to a gas leak. Receptionist was very nice and trying to be as helpful as she could. She was told by her GM that the GM had personally reached out to two other hotels and had rooms reserved for their guest at a certain rate. When we called the other hotels they said that it was not true and they were completely sold out. When the receptionist working called her GM her GM told her that there was nothing she was going to do and we were on our own and had to figure out how to get our money back and find a new rooms. Majority of hotels in the area were sold out due to soccer tournaments over the weekend so it was a hassle trying to find a room last min. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel bc of the customer service from the GM! Ended up paying for over $300 for 2 rooms at 2 diff hotels and only being able to stay at one of them!

Elevator was broken our entire stay, room was only cleaned once during our 5 night stay. Ice machines broken, needs updating, lots of peeling wallpaper. Breakfast wasn’t good, ran out of coffee. Terrible internet and Wi-Fi and tv channels

Elevator kept going on and off for a couple of days and was not fixed.

The elevator was out of service, which would have been nice to know prior to checking in. Had I know that I would have canceled and found a better location.

This property is poorly maintained. Scuffs on walls, missing hardware, needs painting, bad pool upkeep. Spring hills are usually good places but this one needs attention. Staff was nice and food was good.

Very clean, woman working front desk was very kind and helpful.

Stay was pleasant.

Garbage on the ground outside. 2nd floor stunk of mildew. Housekeeping tended to room only once after I asked. Room had remnants from previous guests. Bathroom in room smelled of mildew. Shower leaked. Water damage around floor and ceiling. Staff were very pleasant.
