Springhill Suites Marriott Quail Springs

So wife and I were on business/vaca trip. She wanted to lay out by pool while I worked. Lounge chairs were busted. Manager went and fo bought a lounge chair for her to use. Very helpful and attentive to needs.

We had a very nice stay. It’s a great location and the room was very nice for an extended stay. Our only disappointment was the pool which was poorly maintained and needed cleaning. We would however definitely stay there again.

First problem was not getting connecting rooms or at least 2 rooms CLOSE to each other which we requested. Our rooms were on separate floors! This is a 6-story hotel and only one elevator worked at it was pretty inconsistent. The hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The room was pretty clean but did need repairs. The tub/shower was old and there was mildew on the ceiling. The beds were comfortable but we did have to request extra bedding for the sofa bed, which we never got for either room. The pool was awful!!! Algae all over the walls and the water was extremely green! Overall we were very disappointed in this property-not Marriott quality at all! The desk staff were friendly and very understanding of our frustrations.

My wife and I came with our son for one night. Overal the stay was ok but for Marriott the standards are poor. The inside is clean and nice and comfortable. The elevators were very scary and didn’t work half the time. If they did made you feel like you are in a death trap. The pool was almost the most disgusting thing I ever seen! Was mucus and spiders eggs with dead bugs all throughout the pool. Some drunk guy outside was hassling us to get in the pool before I told him that’s enough. The room was comfortable but only half the tv stations came they offered. There was more but don’t matter because I’m never going back!

Sign up for king got 2 dbls. Common areas not clean. Room ok. Phone didn’t work. Bad value for price but above Ave breakfast made up for it some. Glad I used a reward. Prolly won’t do this again. Tv only has about 20 channels that work.

The hotel was ok for the price. TV internet spotty at best.

The ice machine was empty, The pool was disgusting, The carpet in the hall was dirty and the carpet in our room was dirty . I stepped on something in our room that seemed like dry dog food. Nasty

Always a great stay!

I did not like the fact that you cannot open the shower on the faucet side. You have to get totally wet up to turn the faucet on. Also, the soap dispenser was empty and when I tried to push the dispenser it fell off the wall. we found 2 different socks in the pull out sofa and there was no extra blanket in the room for the sofa. We just closed the sofa bed up and slept on top of the sofa.

The staff on hand was great, but extremely short staffed. Breakfast ran out, coffee too. Pool was closed. No bed sheets for pull out bed. Had a missing electrical plug plate in the room. Was not a pleasant experience at all. I feel at least a partial refund is in order
