Springhill Suites Marriott Quail Springs

Elevator was broken the entire 3 night stay. Beds were comfortable but the pull out bed in couch was nasty and terrible. Bathtub did not drain well at all.

Elevator was broken and the employee stated it would be fixed. We stayed 3 days and still was not fixed

Could really use new pillows.

Took forever for someone to show up and check us in.. they only had one elevator working when we checked in,, by morning no elevators were working…

Bathroom was not as clean as I prefer. There was hair still in different places. Staff was very friendly and everything else was good

Fast easy check in and out. The sofa springs were saggy, but everything else was very good. Breakfast was good with a wide variety.

Not sure the sheets were clean. Bar sink was dirty. Bathtub was dirty. Carpet was not vacuumed. Front desk not present, & had no sense of guests awaiting check in. No wash cloths were provided.

Very comfortable rooms and quiet.

The key card machine was broken and had to find someone to constantly reopen the room. The hotel was really understaffed. No turn down service or fresh towels given. Had to ask for towels. Coffee maker in room broken. Staff was friendly . But it was a real inconvenience to travelers.

Double charged for room after ordered online... Had already went thru that with desk and I still got charged twice.
