"I’ll never be coming back to Hyatt"

It’s close to the airport

Paying for parking lot 10$ for 8 hours. Stuff weren’t helpful, we couldn’t faint anyone to check out. Very noisy place. 5$ for a bottle of water? For that price you expect more.

"Left Behind Items Tossed"

Left a shirt in closet. Called next day and was told it was not found. Positive it was left. Annoying that this hotel always tosses left behind items. I don’t have this problem at other hotels.
