Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport Billy Graham Parkway

Hotel was nice and very clean. Convenient location and 8 minutes from the airport. They have a airport shuttle which was a plus. The noise level is high if your room is located near the front of the hotel. You can constantly hear the shuttle van doors open and close. Other than that everything was great!

Quality in the room and accomodations as a whole.

Confusion with airport shuttles. I didn’t know there were multiple Hyatt hotels in the same area. Took the wrong shuttle from the airport, ended up at the wrong Hyatt, was graciously transported to the other Hyatt after attempting to check in, and along the way was told that the Hyatt I was booked at is not as good of quality or location (that was a bummer to hear… and turned out to be true.). I was hoping for a restaurant in our hotel but that wasn’t the case. Again, lots of confusion between the two hotels and their advertising. Additionally, there was a lot of partying at this Hyatt, both late at night and as we were departing at 5 a.m.

Was left out in the cold at the airport for a half hour as the shuttle doesn’t have many seats on it, there was still a seat left but they left anyways leaving me to wait in the cold until they came back. Checked in, I requested a room with a king bed and was given a room with two twin size beds instead, I went down to the lobby to rectify this and she didn’t even say sorry, she was very passive and seemed aggravated when it was HER mistake. Very disappointed in the customer service here and the quality of the rooms. The rooms smell like piss and the beds are very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay here. If they comment on my post here, they are just saving face, don’t stay here.

The friendly staff. We came in late, they picked us up from the airport. Then also they gave us a dinner recommendation and also brought us there and picked us up. This was the nicest gesture and was the best service we’ve gotten in a long time. Breakfast waffles were awesome

Was there because of plane delays. Had a voucher for 2 free rooms. We got charged for both rooms, and they will not take it off. Highly recommend that you do not stay there

It’s a short drive to the airport. It was clean, and the breakfast was standard. The gym was small, but the Peloton was actually functional, which is rare in hotel gyms

It has a huge parking lot, but they charge for parking as it is an overflow lot for the airport. Guests should not have to pay for parking. The room was huge, but the bathroom was very small.
