Labai patiko lokacija. Apartamentuose radome visko ko reikia trumpam apsistojimo: virtuvės reikmenys, kava, arbata, cukrus , druska ir net aliejus. Buvo pasirūpinta ir dušo reikmėmis. Buvo švari patalynė.

Gyvenome pirmame aukšte turbūt todėl po žiemos labai jautėsi pelėsių kvapas ir buvo labai drėgna. Apartamentai randasi tarsi pusrūsyje , todėl tamsu, šalta ir drėgna. Nebuvo pakankamai švariai sutvarkyta. Langai nevalyti turbūt nuo praėjusių metų. Paprašeme šeimininkų dar vieno komplekto patalynės , sakė, kad kainuoja papildomai, buvome pasiruošę susimokėti, bet taip ir negavomee.

I was my 3rd visit to porto wanted to stay in Gaia, where everything was there convenient,stores,resturants etc.

There was a heating unit/ combo aircon that didnt work ,they had a portable heater that I thought would be little dangerous to use .,some kitchen accessories could be needed for future quests,and i had a accident on a tour and I needed surgery and I was hoping to stay an additional week ,but they were booked, they only could give 1 more night so I had a day to find a place before surgery ,found a place across the street!,1 more comment in photos on booking.com it showed river view ,but I arrived street view! ,so when booking triple check on views !

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location with a terrace and huge windows. We loved the wine and cookies they supplied as a gift.

The apartment was pretty dirty when we arrived. The toilet was cleaned and sealed, but the surfaces were not wiped, and the terrace was covered in dirt and leaves.

Localização, comodidades, simplicidade.

Zentrale Lage mit Blick auf die Brücke vom Balkon aus. Freundliche Kommunikation, einfacher Check-In und Check-Out. Aufzug vorhanden. Weinflasche und Knabberei zur Begrüßung.

Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend, könnte aber noch etwas aufgestockt werden.

Tolle Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Die Lage des Appartements ist genial nur 3 Minuten zum Fluss. Sehr zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Die Terrasse ist ein Gewinn und nach Beanstandung wurde am nächsten Tag ein neuer Sonnenschirm geliefert. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut!!!

Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
