The room looked good, and the AC temperature was also good, so I felt comfy in the room.

I have never seen a hotel that doesn't serve water to its customers. If you guys are going to sell water, then at least sell some bigger bottles, or else add $5 more to the price and provide water. After a long, tiring day, they first sent me to a room that was already occupied. I really got scared when I entered that room, then I had to go all the way back to the main lobby from the 6th floor to get this resolved. But I didn't mind that because mistakes happen, but then at least they should have provided water to compensate.

Very good price for what we got! I was expecting a lot less for the price we paid

Shower was dirty so I didn’t use it , black hairs around thr room , im blonde so not mine. I forgot my dual Apple charger next to the microwave . They will not answer my calls snd said nothing can do as the cleaner was off . They said they would call back but didnt and no answer on thr phone

Clean room and comfortable bed. Good ventilation and location.

The reception staff are truly inadequate. They never answer the phone, take far too long to resolve something as simple as a Wi-Fi code, and ignore directions. The shower is old. If you're lucky, you can shower with lukewarm water for two minutes; after that, you have to endure hot or cold water because the faucet doesn't work properly.

It was loud in the halls all night and the morning house keeping start and you know it.

The coffee machine was broken. Took well over two hours to get it replaced with another broken one... and then another hour to get one that worked. The restaurant was another deal. Coffee is not included? But charge $2.00 for it? Thats how you lose any tip...
