Riverhouse Lodge

Way overpriced for the poor service we received. Room needs more or better lighting, felt like a cave inside even with the few lights on they had. Light bar above one bathroom sink did not work, reported to the front desk but no one ever came to check on it. We enjoy using the TV in the evening hours but could not make it work properly, they sent someone to "fix it" but could not, said he would check with someone else and get back to us, never heard back. Room key cards always took 2-3 times swiping to get them to work. They gave us new cards but not any better. One night they had older gentleman at front desk, very grumpy, could tell he did not like dealing with people. Had a room with river view and outside sitting was nice. Probably would not stay again.

It was ok, experience. The room was clean and comfortable. I did not have any odors that flared my asthma. The bathroom was spacious.

Loved the balcony near the river and being upstairs, space in room was great.

I never received a receipt even though I requested it 2 or more times

Loved everything about the property! The pool with food was amazing and so relaxing! Rooms were nice a quiet!

River view. Not all rooms are facing river so I would advise requesting a room with a view
