"A nice place, but I wish that we had indeed received our asked-for quiet room."

Breakfast was better than average with outdoor seating options. China mugs for coffee and real flatware and plates is always nice. Many choices and two dining areas. Lots of parking and the hotel is clean and inviting overall. Our room was comfortable and as requested on a high floor.

I was disappointed in two things. One, I had requested and confirmed a King room in a quiet spot. Lovely that I was to the back of the building, but we got a Queen room. That was all right, but why, oh why did they put the family with two small children opposite us? One child ran up and down the hall well after 8 pm and the baby cried for a very long time so loudly it was heard through two doors.

We had to switch hotels at the very minute and picked this HYATT. BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, huge bedroom, great breakfast and most important of all was the OUTSTANDING STAFF!
