"It was great!"

The staff was very friendly, and the shower was excellent, though we didn’t have a tub, likely because we were traveling with our dog. The warm buffet breakfast was amazing, not a huge selection, but everything was deliciously prepared.

That it had a bar and restaurant

The location. Up on a hill and hidden next to the storage rental space. GPS kept having us circle on a busy thoroughfare. Also the check-in person did not tell us about the card activated lights and my husband who is disabled almost tripped and fell in the dark.

"Disappointed not like other Hyatt Place"

Some staff like Alex and Michael were friendly and professional. Though others were very rude and disrespectful. It was a constant challenge to get room cleaned. Lied about rate of room when we extended one day. Room was not clean.

Good location and clean, great shower!

We like to bring coffee and breakfast back to the room and you can't take the dishes out of the breakfast area, bed was good. Pillows were awful
