Sea World Resort

Wonderful resort for kids. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The long lines in the morning to get to breakfast is a bit of a negative. Rooms clean and tidy. We had an awesome time.

Longer queues at the cafe for breakfast around 30 mins. Need more staff for service.

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly because of the wide range of activities for children. The access to the parks is fantastic and provided endless entertainment. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, and we found everything to be very clean and well maintained. Breakfast offered a great selection, although it did feel uncomfortably busy at times, with long queues for the pancakes. The pool bar, however, could use some improvement. The food quality was disappointing, with frozen pizzas and below-average service. When I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be a margarita, staff were unable to even tell me what meat was on it. Wi-Fi was also an issue—frequent disconnections not only disrupted internet use but also stopped us from casting to the TV. In today’s world, a reliable connection is expected, so this was a bit of a letdown. Overall, despite these small negatives, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. With some improvements in food quality, service, and Wi-Fi, this hotel could easily be a 10/10 choice for a family holiday

Dined at the Shoreline buffet restaurant during our recent stay and I was amazed at how much delicious food was on offer, from fresh meats, vegetables, breads and seafood all to choose from. Great selection of desserts which is all included in the price. Highly recommend checking out the Shoreline Restaurant if you’re planning on staying at the resort. Great service from Taylah who helped us organise drinks and showed us to our table. Will be back!!

Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a convenient location to most areas of Gold Coast, but not wanting the CBD hussle and bussle. We were welcomed in kindly by Adam from concierge who made our stay from the start so welcoming. Rooms were clean and big enough for my family of 4, nothing but high recommendations there. Food and drinks were also both amazing, with Brock in Lobby Lounge being outstanding with his service and drink recommendations, great to see service with a smile still exists. Will definetly be back next time we are on the Gold Coast.

Excellent place for family holiday

My experience was so grateful at the property, from check in to check out everything was great. Sabreen and Zhar served me in very polite way, and helped me with everything i need from slippers,dentalkit,birthday present and wine glasses. Overall, i will rate 5/5 stars and will highly reccomend it for its ambience at competitive price.

Overall great place to stay if you are visiting the Gold Coast. We went during Christmas in July period where there were extra activities for kids and a special dinner buffet: which is a must try. Breakfast offering was abundant and resort appears to be well equipped for a family of 4. Even though our room included free entry into 4 theme parks, the kids would have been happy to stay at the resort all day and play in the pool. Only negative would be resort is showing its age and in need of some renovations. Most importantly the kids had a great time and said they would be happy to return.
