Clean and sizeable cabin set in the bush but close to the pub and excellent restaurant.

It doesn’t have TV or wifi reception but that is a good thing.

"Pieman River Cruise"

Did the Pieman river cruise on the Arcadia Great old classic boat with history! Dusty gave some great stories and history of the area, both entertaining and informative

"Relaxing cruise up the Pieman River to the Heads"

This relaxed cruise to the Pieman Heads was very enjoyable. Skipper provided excellent commentary, pointing out many sites of interest. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea were provided as were hot drinks. Alcoholic drinks were available for purchase on the return trip. Boat was moored for at least an hour at Pieman Heads so we could take a walk to the ocean and enjoy our lunch.

"An unique experience in a largely homogenous & easily forgotten global world of tourist accomodation"

Staff were relaxed, friendly and responsive. Restaurant dinners were of ample proportion, well presented and tasty and reasonably priced

While the above-ground surfaces (bathroom, cutlery, crockery) all appeared clean, the floors could have been mopped just a little harder.

"Home comforts in the rainforest wilderness."

The Corinna Wilderness village is a great way to explore the rainforest and river of this area. The walking and kayaking is beautiful and the food and service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the rooms very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

"Exceptional"

It was lovely, and the lack of Internet connection was brilliant - no pings or bleeps to disturb the peace. It was my mother's birthday while I was at Corinna, and they allowed me to use their landline to call her. I was very grateful. I'd stay again if I visit that part of Tasmania again.

Simple satisfying dinner promptly served at on-site Tannin Restaurant. Hired double kayak for half-day, easy paddling for oldies up Pieman River to Whyte River and back

"Serene spot ."

Location serene spot . Heating efficient . Shower great .

mosquitos !! Lighting at night not great . Lack of power plugs . One of the staff not great on customer service . The others were lovely .
