The location was good for our events

It was not clean. There were dead & live cockroaches & the bathroom was hastily cleaned as well as the kitchen.

Location was close to where I needed to be

The room was not clean, dishwasher had dishes in it, there were dead bugs in the closet of bedroom and I killed several bugs during my stay, left one on bath mat on day of checkout so you could see it

The door code frequently doesn't work, and I wasn't the only guest having this issue. I saw multiple guests with door codes that wouldn't work. They got help fast, but I had to always make multiple complaints to get my code to be fixed. The furniture is dirty and broken. I saw a cockroach on my first night, but was too tired to complain right away. I asked to change units later on, but they said no.

Leak in bathroom that was not repair in the 5 days that I stayed there and roaches were also present. I had to buy a bug spray
