Chandler 1 bedroom apt

Not very much

Our room flooded due to leaking refrigerator, maintenance never came. We never received clean towels after having to clean up the mess. Our air mattress has water damage. Food got ruined in the fridge.Roaches. Advertised as a non smoking property but people smoking everywhere. There was a smoking area but nobody used it and wasn’t being enforced. We were never moved to a different room as promised. Fan did not work in the bathroom. Couch was ripped and torn. Outlet in bedroom did not have a face plate. Incredibly dangerous for children and a fire hazard.

I kept having a hard time opening the building for the days I stayed there. The code never worked

location was great, it felt safe

when we came in there was a blanket on the floor. there were lots of hidden fees and no hot water :(

It was easy to check in. I didn’t realize how much time is wasted checking in. I just walked up to my room.

It was Sunday so maybe that was a factor but the hallway had bits of trash and could have used a vacuum. Also no trash can in my room besides the bathroom.

Very convenient to the location of interest. Close to shopping, restaurants, interstate, places of interest. Price was great for particular area compared to hotels.

Upgrade of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom is needed. Not enough of lighting in bedroom. Vents for air and heating needed to be cleaned of dust. Light above shower was out. Faulty lamp switch. Was a little disappointed that the apt was not same quality as hotel room I usually reserve.
