Breakfast was terrible. System was down and it took 30 minutes for them to do my check in at 2am. Then they said they were going to give me extra bonvoy points because of the Inconvenience and even thought I reminded them, they never gave me the points. Will never start there again.

We were on the first floor and it was very very noisy above us (feet stomping, creaking, partying, etc). Asked staff if they would provide any remuneration and all they would do is give us some Marriott points. Would not recommend
