The location is convenient for transportation, and the surrounding shopping and dining facilities are great. It is very convenient to visit the University of Michigan. The front desk and service staff are warm and courteous, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The hotel is neat and clean, and the complimentary breakfast is good. The most important thing is that I forgot my cell phone in the lobby seat when I checked out. I only remembered it on the way to the airport and immediately returned to the hotel to search. The cell phone had been picked up and securely kept by the service staff. Much appreciate!!!

"Sloppy service and shower was low pressure"

The bed at least comfortable and there is full kitchen. However service was lacking. We asked in the app for extra pillows etc the day before we arrived and nothing was there. They rectified but required us to call a few times before anyone picked up. Their shower water pressure in our room was almost non existence. Our shower was kind of miserable as water was a like a light trickle. We were in room 219. We got in at 11pm and leaving the next day. The coffee maker inside the water part was dirty. I had to clean it first to use. Overall sloppy hotel stay. Do not recommend.

"Great place to stay for short or long stays."

The suite was awesome with a small kitchen,dining table, sofa, desk and king size bed. Loved the fireplace in the lobby and the large size of lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and excellent. And Best of all it was only 5 minutes from family members that I was visiting.

No ice makers , but all you had to do was ask and they had bags in their freezer.
