"Decent place for the price."

Location, family suite had good size beds.

Bathrooms can only be used in your room, breakfast could be better, more options not just waffles and boiled eggs. The pool floor could be cleaned better. The bathroom for our room did not have a fan or any type of air circulation. The air condition broke down the last day and we had to move which was very inconvenient.

"Will not book here in the future"

Close to Disney parking; room cleaning was daily.

The breakfast is subpar. I’ve stayed at neighboring hotels and they offer a hot breakfast for a similar price to stay. If you don’t arrive early to “breakfast” the options are even more limited. Items weren’t refilled after a certain time. We booked a room for 8 people and there were only 6 towels provided in the room. The mattresses had springs poking out in the sides. We had to ask multiple times for pool towels, with staff telling us the towels should be there and were clearly seeing empty bins.
