I have stayed here many times. The rooms in the middle #15-20 have nonexistent WiFi. Rooms in the 30s are too hot. The best rooms are the #40 at the end near the back elevator/pool. And the worst room, especially if you plan to sleep in, is the room on the 2nd floor next to the breakfast area. Families with kids line up early and are loud. My last stay was the worst hotel stay in my life. Some guy was screaming profanity and a woman's name at 1am in the morning on the third floor for over an hour. It was unacceptable. They overbooked and oversold parking that weekend because of the Garden Grove leak, so there were cars double parked.

Do not recommend. Had roaches, mold smell in bathroom, low water pressure, took hot water forever to warm up. Staff was friendly though.
