A little expensive, but the location is terrific next to the river. The lounge is also a nice lounge, the setup for the grab and go breakfast for the weekend mornings was sufficient, a step up from being given a bag

"A dying brand, not worth the money."

Another brand being destroyed by incompetence. If you, like me, valued loyalty when choosing hotels this may come as a shock. They simply no longer care about your experience. I hope ruining years of trust with their guests works out for them but I won’t be back to this location and am rethinking 30 years of loyalty to the Marriott brand. The problems are many but can be easily distilled down to bad service, poorly trained staff and a general disregard for your clients. Why do people work in hospitality when they clearly don’t want to be hospitable?
