Everything was easy. I never actually met anyone but I like the way your instructions were worded! It’s was fair and I thought it was a great space so did the best I could to make it easier on the cleaning staff.

Location. It was right next to the hospital. I was walking distance from everything I needed. And the space was nice. Had everything I needed

The location to Epworth Hospital Richmond is excellent. The main entry to the hospital is only 50 metres from the Lanbruk. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly when we had to change some dates at the last minute. Beds were very comfortable and there is a great pub across the road for meals and several cafes close by. There is also a Coles about a 5 minute walk. Trams go very regularly along Bridge Rd.

Well laid out apartment, confoetablw and well appointed

I thought there was a manned reception area, was disappointed that it was not as we were participating in an event tgatvstarted early in the morning and had to try and sort out somewhere to leave our bags
