Very central location. Very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in .

I had some concerns with checking in. It was around 5:00 pm. The young lady at the counter did her best to assist me, however she stated that because it was after hours, her ability to assist me was limited. Checking in was very difficult for me. I am not good with technology, it seemed the only way to check in was on the internet. Even though there was a staff member at the desk. Also I needed to extend my stay by one day. I was advised the lady at the desk would assist me with this the following morning. A different young lady was at the desk on this morning. She stated she couldn’t assist me as she was new here, and was employed as a face at the desk only. She knew less about the organisation than I did. Most frustrating. Other than these issues, the stay was extremely good.

Location to the Epworth Hospital is fabulous. So easy also to ride a tram into the city or it’s a 3km walk through the MCG park and along the riverbank into the city. Beds were very comfortable. There is a receptionist to help you with any thing on duty from 9-5. We had to extend our stay and it was no trouble at all.

It is right near a tram stop, sporting facilities, restaurants and just a short walk into the city. Incredibly convenient. Bed was very comfy. The building felt secure and check in was simple.

There was no soap to wash my hands. Just a small packet of shampoo and moisturiser. No conditioner, no soap. The coffee pods didn't fit the coffee machine (not a deal breaker, but was a bit of a downer) The hotel is right near a pub and the windows don't block any of the sounds of the cars revving, people yelling or the music thumping. No good if you drove from the country, there is no parking at the venue. Parking is either $60 overnight at the hospital next door, or you need to go hunting for parking elsewhere.
