Didn’t enjoy the added discretionary gratuity added to every bill at the bar, even on a single drink or cup of tea. I think being a hotel guest for 4 nights this shouldn’t have been added, considering the fact that a discretionary gratuity of 5% of hotel room rate is added to the total bill on top of that. It’s different if this was added to the bar bill as a non staying hotel guest. The room we were allocated (although lovely) was a bit small for 2 people. We had no space to store luggage, no luggage stand in room, and only 2 shelves in cupboard.

The ambiance and unique decor

The breakfast was poor and the staff did not explain the menu, we paid for B&B but the menu had prices on and the lady who sat us just walked off without a word, plus then we ordered a full English breakfast and there were items missing with no explanation- not great

Lovely room, clean, comfortable and spacious.

Central location and most of the areas are walkable. Property is different and colorful. The room ceiling could be finished better

The check-in experience could have been better. I was told that I have a deluxe king room even though I had a studio suite which is double the size of deluxe king room

No roof, no airting area bu cana as shown in pictures. Hotel pictures are misleading. Room was dusty .small room for 4 people. No space for clothes at all

Milk was sour in the room No mini bar Hotel bar was ridiculously expensive £27 for 2 glasses of wine. King size room was so small

The design and interior, it felt really cosy and welcoming. It’s a stunning hotel.
