GBLovely hotel with lots of personality and nice finishing touches. The staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent. Really enjoyed the breakfast as well and would 100% recommend.
GBGreat central location, clean and vibrant inside, well managed, it’s a destination in itself. Charming characterful rooms. Lots of interesting things in there. Bar and food downstairs was welcoming.

GBNice property but thought there would actually be more for children than there was in the room itself.
Could be more aimed at the smaller guests. It was more themed than anything. The shop was also incredibly expensive for hotel merch.
GBBeautiful suite and studio suite was very spacious. Very impressed with the layout and items available to use. Kid friendly and staff were exceptionally. Food was amazing from Pip restaurant and the chips were some of the best we’ve ever had. Not the normal run of the mill hotel food.
We liked every thing about the treehouse and would definitely book again.

Nothing - its was all fab. The bar food menu could have been more varied but otherwise great!
