Food was great, beach is nice, staff is friendly, property is nice overall.

Seems like they could not manage the crowd and they were only at 66% capacity. Staff bickered amongst one another right in front of us. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm even though check in is 3pm and they still gave us the wrong room.

There was various restaurants to choose from and different options

It takes a while for the servers to attend to you. Severs don’t seems to be assigned to a particular area to ensure everyone can get assistance with a drink or glass of water.

Everything is perfectly in place at the right location

The fact that the bell men acted as if your not white your bags will not be taken to your room in a timely manner, its the first time I have ever experienced that kinda stuff anywhere in the world. The bell men main focus were who they think can give them a tip. I will be doing a podcast soon and I will definitely give my reviews there about my trip ( Jay Fray podcast). The palace live up to its name, with exception to the bell men who were targeting tips all day. The bell man told me that they were short staffed and ask me if I want to take my bag to my room myself. That's unheard of anywhere in the hotel industry.
