Moon Palace Jamaica – All Inclusive

The. General space is. Spectacular and impressive. The staff is warm friendly and responsive.

I loved the room, what i was disappointed in was the shower. There was black grime between the tiles and at tiles to the front of the shower was discolored. This is an easy fix with mold spray and a brush.

The are very small for four people

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the bell men seems to judge people based on their color or they were just short staffed but whatever it is ,it needs to be dealt with. I have been to several properties all over the world 🌎 and never had this kind of issue

it was perfect for me nothing less nothing more i had a great time..... was just that most of the places we wanted to go closed off a bit early and the booking could be a bit quicker and thats all i had the time

We really enjoyed the excellent amenities at the property, there was a fun games room, the MoMo restaurant, a gondola, and easy access to food and snack bars. The room was very comfortable, and the pools were amazing..

While the property had many positives, there were a few disappointments. The Jamaican restaurant food was extremely salty, which affected the dining experience. We were also disappointed that the Dolphin Cove area was closed during our visit. Additionally, too many areas were reserved for Diamond members, including the pool next to Pier 8, which had no available lounge chairs for other guests to place their belongings if we wanted to use the big pool in that section.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, on arrival things seem a little chaotic as we had to Que in an airport style snake line, we were not offered a welcome cold drink and cold hand towel which is basic common courtesy on arrival at 5* hotel but the checkin itself was smooth with a friendly staff.

I did not like that they have agents who is onsite trying to sell us holiday club membership for ridiculous prices, it was a boiler room type experience that I will never forget and kind of put a damper on my vacation. The tactic that is used seem friendly at first but then became extremely aggressive and pushy. They wanted us fork over 10k + us $ Dollars followed by a monthly payment of almost $300 ,we kept saying no to every figure and they kept trying to break down the figures even more. The whole experience was just horrible
