Please be aware that children under the age of 16 are only able to use the swimming pool at limited times. The times they can use the facilities are from spa opening until 10:00, and then 16:00 – 20:00. Pre-booking for spa access is recommend as you will be allowed a 1 hour access per night of your stay. Pets are allowed on request, please add this to your booking before arrival. We have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available. Please note that dogs cannot go into our Brasserie restaurant but are welcome in the Oak Lounge Bar. Charges may be applicable. Important notice - Children are not allowed stay in the hotel on Dec 30th and 31st. Please do not book stays for children on these dates. Thank you for your cooperation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
