Hugely Rip off prices, poor facilities and non existant WiFi

Rip off prices for less than adequate service and facilities. Food and drink in particular extortionate compared to European prices let alone gouging customers compared to other Tanzanian prices elsewhere

Extortionate prices, poor food , almost non existant WiFi despite being advertised, leaking toilet and too far out of Moshi... offered to get me an airport transfer for 80$ which in reality cos me 7$.... owners should be ashamed of themselves

The people that work at this hotel deserve 10 stars! Professional and very accommodating in every way imaginable. They make the property what it is. The restaurant food is delicious but a bit pricey for the area. If you’re staying in Moshi or intending to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, I definitely recommend staying here. Our favorite part about this hotel were the workers & the food!

Nice place, with cool and original features. Comfortable beds and staff very friendly.

Some people of the staff were helpful and the bed was fine.

The room had no power, both nights we stayed. We had no light, no fan, no electricity to charge our phones. The AC was dropping water all over the room and the water heater didn’t work so we had to take cold showers, unacceptable experience.

I returned early from a Kili trip and despite my package including a paid for night later in the week I was made to pay. This is also despite Frank from Intrepid texting me that there would be no charge. I felt robbed which took the shine off something that was good.
