The staff is the best!!! Wonderful people you feel like home! Alan, Daniel, Andrea, Ernesto and Eleazar at the restaurant Mestizo Del Mar were the best! At the swimimpool Isabel,Kevin, Martin wow they are the best!!!

My partner and I had a great time at the hacienda encantada! The rooms and amenities were beautiful and the staff was lovely. Johana was very helpful at making dinner and activity reservations, and the entertainment team (Adrian, eriol, and Diana) made our trip so fun with activities on resort grounds. All of the food options were fantastic- we appreciate all of the folks there, especially Debra at las Marias, aldo, and margarita!

Pros- our concierge Mia and her supervisor Elder were very attentive to our needs and concerns and went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. We were upgraded to the Residences because of the construction noise. Cons- September is a slow time so repairs /remodeling were being done. Hence our favorite pool (adult pool overlooking the water was closed). Also construction has started on the Vista side. Couldn’t enjoy our balcony with all the jackhammering. Be aware if you don’t do the all inclusive you are offered only very expensive bottles of waters at the restaurants. Bring your own to the restaurants.

The resort has everything we needed without even leaving the grounds. Beautiful buildings, art work and pools. What changed our stay from a very nice experience to an amazing want to come back is the staff. Especially “Elder”, our personal concierge, but all the staff from waiters to cart drivers and cleaning staff were all VERY friendly and helpful.

We had the best experience at Hacienda Encantada this past week! Our butler -Elder - was amazing and made many preparations and arrangements for us. The room, the food, and all of our activities were high quality. We will be back next year!
