Vista Encantada Resort & Spa Residences, A La Carte All Inclusive Optional

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa in Vista. The room was amazing. It had a large balcony with plunge pool and grill. The check in process was very easy. The staff throughout the resort were lovely. We usually like to try different restaurants, but decided to do the all inclusive so we didn't have to leave the resort. All of the meals were very good. We especially liked breakfast at Mestizo and Las Marias. We divided our days between the Rooftop Pool and Phase 1. Golf carts were always available with very friendly service. We loved the view at Phase 1, but couldn't beat the service at the rooftop pool. Martin and Kevin were so nice and took great care of us. Our butler, Salma, was incredible. She helped with any issues and made any reservations we needed She checked in multiple times daily. It was so nice seeing her smiling face every day. The only negatives were the noise from the construction next door (not their fault) and the pushy three-hour time share presentation (our fault for agreeing). Overall, it was a wonderful place and we will be back.

The best service! Trinidad was wonderful and took us everywhere in the golf cart our entire stay! All the staff was great!!

We came as a group of 6. We spent most of our time on the rooftop. We were pampered by the best of the best: Kevin, Isabel, and Martin. There was never a time when any one of them did not check up on us. They all were extra friendly and accommodating. We wanted for nothing. Kevin had high energy and is funny. Isabel is quick witted, smart and beautiful. And Martin was smooth, always checking on us with the most friendly handsome smile. Inside where the restaurant is, Ernesto and Daniel were the best servers I have ever had! They worked as an excellent team every time we were in there…which was many times. Seeing Kory at the front desk always had a beautiful smile and always made us feel important. We would not have had such an amazing time without these folks. I would like to thank them all. We cannot wait to come back and we hope to be reunited. But until then….. Take care, Byron

The Attico bar is very special for us. Service is excellent shoot out to Isubel. We really appreciate all the staff. We highly recommend.

Had a wonderful vacation for two weeks at Hacienda Encantada. Big shout out to Kevin Gomez. He was positive, friendly, easy to talk to, and always considerate of our needs. Looking forward to next year’s vacation.

During our stay at the Hacienda Encantada Residences, we attended three separate classes with Cesar at the Sky Gym. Two of them were stretching classes and one was yoga. All of them were excellent! Cesar was engaging, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a great leader of the classes. The exercises were suitable for all levels and provided good stretches. Cesar explained both the how and why of the movements. It was a great start to our day. I highly recommend taking the classes with Cesar!

marco ballman helped a ton got us where we needed to be, very friendly and every other staff was also super helpful and amazing!
