We love Vista Encantada and the outstanding staff who work there. We go every year and the resort is consistently beautifully maintained. The staff is exceptional and do absolutely everything to make you feel welcomed, take care of every need as quickly as possible and treat you with genuine care, especially since they get to know is so well over the years. I would particularly like to mention Isabel Barragan who has been the face we always look for first! She is the best of the best in kindness, service above and beyond and always has a positive attitude and approach. I would also like to recognize our butler, Salma. She was amazing too. Knowledgeable, always checking in, anticipated our needs and went above and beyond.

Great tequila tasting experience. Enjoyed walking through the 3 varieties and how they mix differently with fruits and chocolate. Learned a lot!

Fantastic service Martin, Isabella and Kevin were always great to deal with. Made our holiday that much better. Roman our driver was so much fun

The Vista was excellent with excellent service from Mia. Our butler. She was on the spot, quick to respond and always fulfilled our requests with much expertise. She eas friendly and very knowledgeable and patient.

My husband and I stayed at the Hacienda Encantada for one week and then we stayed at the Vista Encantada for the next week. While we were at the Vista, Mia, was assigned to our room to help us with anything that we needed during our stay. Mia was very pleasant and helpful.

Food and service was exceptional. Our server from Mestizo, Daniel, was outstanding. He was very attentive to our dining needs.

A wonderful vacation at a beautiful resort in Cabo. The food and staff were all fantastic. We ate at most of the restaurants at Hacienda Encantada and also some in the Golden Zone on the Marina. The servers at all the restaurants were professional but always friendly and caring.

Great service, Aldo was an incredible waiter and the staff was very responsive and the food was top notch. By far, the nicest place at the resort.

Moses was an excellent host! He was knowledgeable, fun, and very accommodating of our young son who was not able to participate. Highly recommend the experience.
