I had such a wonderful experience at the pool thanks to our amazing server, Isabel. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our day relaxing and enjoyable. Drinks were delivered quickly, always perfectly made, and she checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Her kindness, professionalism, and great attitude truly stood out and made our time by the pool feel extra special. It’s rare to find service this consistent and thoughtful. If you’re visiting this resort, definitely hope you get the chance to be taken care of by Isabel — she made our Cabo experience even better! Highly recommend! 🌴🍹☀️
