"Personal Bulter Salma Outstanding!!!"

Salma, what can I say. I am truly thankful she was our personal bulter. From checking in and getting us situated she was outstanding. From issued we encountered with room service to checkout. She resolved them in a timely matter professionally. Every morning she would text us, letting us know the activities of the hotel. 1 day on the trip I got sick, Salma was already off work. I texted her, she called the kitchen and had room service bring me up soup with rice and vegetables. The next day, Salma followed up and asked how I was and if i needed anything else. Salma was very attentive and treated our family like her family. In my opinion, she is a great asset and adds tremendous value to the Vista Encantada Spa Resort & Residences.

"Amazing"

Vista Encatada Butler was Selma. Her positive enthusiasm was uplifting. I found out she had been working here 4 months. With her personality and professionalism I won’t be surprised when we return next year she would elevate to a higher position. She made our stay here pleasurable as she was in contact with us daily. The resort was breathtaking. We went on 5 excursions and created priceless memories.

"Perfect vacation"

"Gustavo (the expert bartender)"

We had drinks at the lobby bar at Vista Encantada before our dinner reservation. We had a Moscow mule and an old fashion made by our bartender Gustavo, they were delicious and the best drinks we had during our stay. Our only regret is not discovering this bar until our last night at the resort. Thank you Gustavo for the delicious drinks and outstanding customer service.

Our service from ALDO in Mestizo for dinner on December 12 was wonderful. Likewise, our breakfast with our server CESAR on December 13 also at Mestizo was great.
