What an amazing trip celebrating our 30th Anniversary with our family! Our experience was truly unforgettable thanks to the incredible service we received. Big shout out to our butler, Estafania, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. She is everything and more. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our stay feel extra special. We also want to give a shout out to Trinidad who is the man! He is always so helpful and welcoming. Every interaction with him made us feel taken care of and at home. Thank you to Estafania and Trinidad for making our anniversary and family celebration memorable. Their exceptional service is a big part of why we can’t wait to return to the Vista our Happy Place! See ya all next year .

Although the resort is beautiful and everyone who works here is wonderful, there were far too many problems to recommend anyone coming here right now. The Four Seasons is building residences between Vista and the water. The construction is very near to every room in the Vista Encantada building and so loud that you cannot use the wonderful balconies included with the room. Construction noise goes on from 8:00am to 6:00pm most days. Unfortunately, it went on until 3:30am one night - so loud that I couldn't sleep. I was also advised to change rooms once because of cockroaches in my original room only to find cockroaches in the new room. They fumigated the second room while I was out one day. The electricity would go on and off intermittently and there would be rust coloured hot water coming out of the bathroom taps every now and again. I've stayed here before without any of these issues and am assuming it is all connected to the construction going on so close to the building. Other buildings in the resort should be much better. The staff were extremely supportive and did a lot of things to try to make up for the inconveniences I experienced. I can't thank Christopher and Elder enough - they were amazing.

Just came back from staying at the Vista. My beautiful butler Estafania was amazing. She every day saw to all our needs. She went above and beyond to see that we were all happy and having a wonderful time. She even as far as went and picked out flowers for me. She truly is an asset to the Vista.

The housekeeping at Hacienda Encantada was fantastic. Gabriela was such a hardworking, friendly, and courteous young lady. It was wonderful to return to a spotlessly clean room. She made sure the room was perfect with a lovely made-up bed and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen and bathroom were meticulously cleaned.

The view for the tequila tasting was amazing! Moses was very knowledgeable when explaining the process of making tequila. I would recommend for people who have never tasted tequila before.

Moses was great! I learned a lot about the three tequilas with the pinaple, orange, grapefruit and chocolate and how it changes the taste.

We just got home from a spectacular holiday at the Hacienda Cantata.  As I reflect on our wonderful time, I am so appreciative of how accommodating and professional our butler, Estefrania was.  She went out of her way to help with everything from a room mix-up to making sure our luggage was in the right place at the right time to booking excellent dinner reservations for our party of ten.  We feel blessed to have had such a wonderful holiday and Fanny was our friend on the sidelines making sure everything was perfect!

A big thank you to our server, Aldo, for making our visit truly memorable. Super attentive and had great recommendations. I'm super exited he offered me the Mezcal drink of the house. We came as a family of five, and even the kids were excited—the food presentation caught their attention right away, and they loved every dish they had. Mestizo sits on the 7th-floor rooftop of the beautiful Vista Encantada hotel, offering breathtaking views from the pool area. The atmosphere is elegant, relaxing, and perfect for a family dinner with a touch of luxury. I highly recommend the catch-of-the-day whitefish, and the short rib was incredibly flavorful. I also enjoyed a smoked mezcal cocktail, and the presentation—complete with the smoky infusion—was beautiful and added to the experience. I’ll be posting photos to show just how stunning this spot is. A must-visit in Cabo San Lucas.

Great service and amazing food! Our waiter was very attentive and gave recommendations for each course. Loved the whole experience.

Breakfast is fantastic and Ernesto is an incredible server along with all the staff. Daniels butler service is incredible as well
