Enjoyed our stay. A bit tricky getting from car park to hotel but staff helped. The Level check in efficient. Room had nice view and was quiet despite location. Pool in city location great. Breakfast at The Level good. Opportunity to relax in The Level lounge appreciated. Dinner by pool enjoyable. Can recommend for a Seville city break.

What an amazing stay from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. The staff in the Level Lounge were exceptional as was Elena and the team at the pool restaurant. The food at the hotel was outstanding and good value for money. The location is great only a 10-15 minute walk from the cathedral or a €5 taxi and across the road from the Plaza de España. The area feels more residential than touristy.

The staff at The Level were amazing from start to finish. The lounge staff were always welcoming and the pool restaurant team were really friendly. The additional costs for the Level were absolutely worth it.

Nice service compensated for old facilities

My family and I decided that we should come on a trip to Seville. The hotel booked an airport transfer from Seville airport and told us that we could pay via card, however when we arrived at the hotel the driver told us otherwise. With it being 11pm, this was not the most convenient! We had to drive to a bank to get cash! This was a communication error that I decided to put behind me. The rooms were nice, although there was graffiti in places. However, the rooms we had were placed next to the lifts which made it quite hard to sleep when people were using them. Also, one of the lifts stopped working so they got some people in to fix that issue, however that caused quite a lot of noise. I was not notified about this issue beforehand. Also, the level lounge was not open as promised as building work was taking place there. You could get free drinks from the bar and poolside bar. The pool on the website looks absolutely massive! That was one of the reasons we decided to book this hotel! However, the pool was a lot smaller in real life, and looked nothing like the pictures. The breakfast was amazing! There was a huge array of choice and no doubt there was something for everyone. On one of the days there was even a chocolate fountain. However, when you were in the level, you were allowed to sit in these specific tables where you get a qr code to scan for extra breakfast choices, on one of the days we were there all the level tables were taken so we did not get all the level perks that we payed for. The hotel on a whole was alright and the reception, bar and housekeeping staff were all very nice! However I feel that the hotel should have communicated to us about the building and renovation work that was occurring. The reception, bar and housekeeping staff have made this review a 3 star review because of how amazing they were!

Very friendly staffs , good environment, clean rooms. It was very convenient for our family with kids. Parking was so easy, and we like the location.

Close to the old city. Level experience was greatly appreciated

We booked a premium room which was certainly worth the money due to the extras we received. The room was large, it included breakfast and from midday extensive snacks and drinks were available including champagne, named brand alcohol and a variety of soft drinks, tea and coffee. On arrival premium level guests report to a separate reception area and the staff there were amazing catering for all our needs from the waiting staff to reception. They gave us helpful tips on where to go and booked excursions for us. There is an on-site pool which is a good size and needed after a hot day of walking around in Seville. From the hotel it’s approximately 20 minutes walk into the centre of Seville. The Plaza de Espana is right opposite the hotel. We will certainly be returning to Seville and this hotel in the future.
