Chalet abbastanza sporco in termini di polvere e senza possibilità di culle per i bambini. Proprietà per niente disponibile su Booking e anche sul posto era difficile trovarli. Le finestre non si potevano aprire perché i meccanismi erano tutti rotti

Tuvimos un problema con la.wifi que no funcionaba pero entiendo que fue puntual.

The location was good, the interior design was modern, it had a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and a TV, as mentioned in the property's description, and all the kitchen wares that we needed.

The Wi-Fi was not working. When we called the management, they said it was a problem with the internet company, and because we were there during the weekends, they could not fix it. The sheets were not clean before our arrival, so we did them. The dryer did not work. The main issue that we had during our stay was the cleaning issue, and I hope the management of the property considers asking the cleaning crew to change all sheets to clean sheets to get a 10 of 10 score.

Great location outside of the mountain base station but close to groceries and restaurants. Only half an hour to the Park entrance and 5 min from the mountain great village. This village recently developed is plentiful of restaurants, shops and beautiful gardens. many activities for the whole family. Also as I had some small problems at the property, I found Roger really helpful and pleasant to deal with, He had no problems fixing things for us

The property was an excellent base to explore Tremblant. The chalet is excellent great for a family of 4 adults. The hot tub is great for relaxing after a hard day of activities. Ample parking right outside the chalet.

Not really a thing that bothered us as the walk is very very pleasant with some superb views however it is 30mins walk into the centre of Tremblant.
