"Disappointing"

5.0

Operators had the air con on for us when we arrived which was considerate. Hot tub was on also (though we later realised we couldn't switch it off !!).

Chalet had a musty smell. Washing Machine was not working - if we had known in advance, we could have done our laundry at previous location.

- Very large and comfortable beds - Fully equipped chalet - Air conditioning in the bedrooms - Very responsive staff

- No mobile shower heads - Rotten egg smell in the chalet - Faulty BBQ ignition mechanism - Empty shower gel containers

I liked everything but the facility which was not too bad. I just wanted to know the truth about it.

The cottage was rusty, I was not ready for that. Description of the facility should state it honestly.

The Chalet is 5 min away from the Mountain. Your renting the whole Chalet with Hottub & BBQ. That says it All. Amazing place!
