Simple hygiene below expectation

Everything was good we felt at home and safe. There is a swimming pool where you can chill. They are very easy to talk to and very friendly

1 of our rooms was a bit of a disaster no TV, no AC, a bit smelly the bedding did not dry properly since it's rain season but l talked to the staff and they were really apologetic and helped with changing it for us

The room was not as I expected. The curtains by the sliding door were not hooked properly. The ceiling needs to be fixed or replaced. The bathtub was never cleaned, and we had to ask for toilet paper instead of checking and replacing it when cleaning. The breakfast menu was the same for the whole 3 days that we stayed in. The electricity went off for the whole day and night, and they did not have a backup plan, and we had to bath with cold water. The table for the coffee/tea and kettle is not big enough, and they had to place the kettle on the bedside pedestal, which is a safety hazard. The couch was also dirty.

Vicky B& B was great, easy to locate and the staff was friendly. It is close to Sun City and other activities and has a busy shopping complex. We enjoyed our stay away.
