La ubicación es muy céntrica para llegar a zócalo y lugares emblematicos de puebla. El personal es muy amable. Detalles a mejorar: Limpieza de toallas: están percudidas, sobre todo la que colocan para la limpieza de manos. Drenaje: al ducharse emana un olor muy peculiar , como a drenaje , sucio, y perdura bastante en la habitación. En lo personal tuve que abrir la venta y la puerta que da al balcón para ventilar.

El hotel está sencillo pero bonito, y su ubicación es muy buena, la habitación que me tocó fue en el primer piso frente al elevador y restaurante por lo cual el ruido es muchísimo, se escucha todooooo literal, al huésped que está en el baño, los huéspedes que están platicando para subir al elevador, la música del restaurante, las carros que pasan, en fin es una habitación muy ruidosa y el lavabo del baño está feo, toda el agua se escurre. No creo volver a hospedarme ahí

En general el hotel está bien ubicado. Está limpio. El personal es amable. Te apoyan en lo que necesitas. Pero tienen áreas de mejora: El restaurante no es una buena opción para comer. La ropa blanca está muy desgastada, tanto la de la cama como todas las toallas. Las almohadas tampoco son de calidad y no permiten un adecuado descanso. En la noche refresca mucho y no hay una manta o algo para poderte cubrir. El enchufe de corriente eléctrica dentro del cuatro está escondido y es muy incómodo para poder cargar el celular. La iluminación la pueden mejorar. La amenidades son muy limitadas: una botella de shampoo y un jabón, que por cierto, deben considerar poner una jabonera de tocador porque no hay donde poner el jabón de manos.
