Lennox Miami Beach

Struttura rinnovata, curata e in una posizione perfetta. Il profumo delicato nell’aria , i giardini verticali e le palme a bordo piscina -che si illumina in serata- rendono gli ambienti ricercati e rilassanti. Anche la camera era molto bella. Un vero piccolo ed accogliente boutique hotel, molto chic-zen.

Dovrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli nei servizi: per es. avere attenzione nel rifornire giornalmente la macchina nespresso in camera (dovevo sempre chiederlo), fare attenzione a non mettere asciugamani o lenzuola con macchie, mettere a disposizione del cliente gratuitamente almeno una bottiglia di acqua al giorno.

Friendly pool and restaurant staff

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel looks attractive in photos and the pool area is pleasant. The only consistently positive part of our stay was the swimming pool staff, who were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely overshadowed everything else. We were traveling with a baby and had a late flight. We asked whether it would be possible to extend checkout so our baby could nap comfortably in the crib after lunch before heading to the airport. Instead of trying to help or find a reasonable solution, the response was extremely rigid. Initially no late check-out option was offered at all. I insisted and tried to find a solution by asking how much it would cost to keep the room longer, even asking whether there could be a reduced rate since we would only need the crib for approximately 2–3 hours. The hotel eventually offered a $200 charge to stay until 2 PM, but if the baby happened to sleep past that time we were told the system would automatically apply the full nightly rate of $397.54. As any parent knows, it is impossible to predict exactly when a baby will wake from a nap. The policy essentially forces guests to gamble hundreds of dollars over a very small timing difference (for example 2 PM vs 3 PM). What was most surprising was not just the policy itself, but the lack of empathy and organization from the front desk team. The communication felt mechanical and unhelpful, which is disappointing for a property that presents itself as a boutique hospitality experience. Another issue worth mentioning is pricing transparency. The hotel adds a $45 per day “amenities fee”, on top of taxes and other charges, which significantly increases the final cost of the stay compared with the price initially shown when booking. The restaurant was another disappointment: extremely expensive for the quality offered.

The Lennox is such a great experience. Spaces are beautiful, complimentary champagne & staff is very attentive, especially Victor! We look forward to returning .

Great location, short walk to the beach. Nice pool area.

Given the location and services it does not come cheap. Although pricing seems aligned with other hotels and restaurants in the area.

Lage, Pool, Atmosphäre, Zimmer, zentrale Lage usw. war alles sehr stimmig

Frühstück könnte für diesen Preis besser sein (Was im Frühstück inkludiert ist, wird nicht erklärt. Eine Flasche Wasser ist dabei wurde uns aber erst am letzten Tag gesagt. Auswahl ist zu gering, nicht kombinierbar, Kakao ist einmal inkludiert und einmal kostet er 8 USD, Filterkaffee ist naja usw.)

Bit noisy at night as close to Main Street and music at pool is switched off too late Bathroom has no storage or space for anything - need to install some shelves/cabinets Aircon was very noisy and would turn on and off very few minutes Customer service was good Beach access and use of chairs and umbrellas included

The customer service was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Simple questions were met with attitude instead of assistance, and it felt like helping customers was an inconvenience rather than part of their job. A front desk is supposed to be the first point of support, but this one offered none. Definitely left a bad impression.
