Bear Tracks Inn

Wonderful Staff. The restaurant was hopping on a Tuesday night and the meals were tasty, hearty and generous. Bathroom was really clean and towels and bath mat really nice and thick, much better than your standard hotel offering.

Bedding was really clean but very thin and the room was too warm. It was a cool night and my preference is to have the room cool with warmer bedding. We attempted to turn the heat down but it didn't appear that the thermostat was connected to the heating source. Not uncommon in hotels.

You can have nice hotel in this price, but not sure why this area don’t have any brands of hotels.

The fact that it is pet friendly (Note: just the inn is pet friendly, not the restaurant)

There were so many things I didn’t like that I don’t even know where to start. First of all, the inn is pet friendly but the restaurant isn’t. Not only that this is super inconvenient, but also this is not mentioned in the description of the inn. However, the thing that bothered me the most is the fact that when we sat at the restaurant, the waitress looked at us and my dog as if we were doing something terrible and then she told us that the restaurant wasn’t pet friendly. It was super disrespectful because there are no sign that states that dogs are allowed in the inn but not in the restaurant. I ended up buying food to go and then eating in another place the second night (where they treated my dog very well). Secondly, the inn has a plumbing issue. Both the shower and the sink have a horrible smell of clogged water every time the faucet is opened. I literally wanted to throw up every time I washed my hands or took a shower. Lastly, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are hard and make your neck hurt. I would never recommend this inn to anyone. this was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Restaurant food was good and staff there very good. Recption/check in staff was very abrupt Bed very hard, shower head dirty and didn't work
